Born in Düsseldorf to an American father and a Swedish mother, Tony Warren was raised in Gästrikland, Sweden. He completed four years of formal training at the School of Representational Art in Chicago.
Artistic principles
No black pigment is used. Shadow is achieved through complementary colour relationships, a Flemish discipline maintained without exception.
